Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales and operations teams to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profitability goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
  • Proven track record of sales generation and consistent achievement of sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while strengthening brand recognition and market penetration
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and store areas based on business requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
