Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Director in Atlanta, GA (Lenox) to lead sales, client experience and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store performance — sales, profitability, operations and client experience — to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Actively drive sales and client development by building lifetime relationships, participating on the sales floor and coaching managers on clienteling strategies.
- Own the in-store experience: model and enforce the Tiffany Experience, respond to Voice of Client (TEI) feedback, and optimise hospitality and store amenities to create memorable moments.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, diverse team; implement Talent Action Plans, provide ongoing coaching and manage performance and recognition processes.
- Partner with the Market Vice President on local business strategy, merchandising, inventory controls and promotional execution.
- Ensure operational rigor including POS and client-tracking oversight, store visual standards, cash and stock controls, and compliance with brand procedures.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and driving sales goals and growing client penetration in a competitive market.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States (or country of employment).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point), client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Ability to perform in multiple operational roles (sales floor and back-of-house) according to business needs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 7–10 years of sales or retail management experience, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales and client-development targets in luxury or high-end retail environments.
Education
College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist qualification or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
