Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in conceiving and delivering strategic exhibitions and special events aligned with retail and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate on event programs including product launches, boutique openings and VIP client experiences; translate concepts into operational plans.
  • Produce and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables and status reporting; assist with budget tracking and vendor negotiations.
  • Develop event components (concept, décor, entertainment, social activations) and ensure alignment with Tiffany brand direction and standards.
  • Prepare technical drawings and visualisations — floor plans, lighting plots, audio plots and renderings — using CAD, SketchUp and Adobe tools.
  • Source, coordinate and manage production companies, agencies and freelance talent; uphold quality control and vendor performance.
  • Maintain awareness of design, technology and cultural trends to inform creative direction and supplier selection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in events and exhibitions within luxury, fashion or jewelry retail, branding or design agencies.
  • Proven proficiency in CAD and 3D/visualisation tools (e.g., SketchUp) for floor plans, lighting and audio plotting and renderings.
  • Strong graphic design capability with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for project documentation and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated vendor, agency and freelance management experience including contract negotiations and budget stewardship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cultural awareness of luxury competitive landscape and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ambiguity.
