Tiffany & Co. seeks a Specialist, Client Activations & Tools in New York to manage client engagement platforms and localized activations across North America. $85K–$110K annual.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute the sizing, structure, deployment, and performance measurement of localized client activations aligned with business priorities, commercial objectives, brand strategies, and product calendars, partnering closely with Client Insights & Analytics and Client Development teams
  • Serve as the zone point of contact for client-related tools including Salesforce (SFSC), Brilliance, DDC/DCM (Consent & Data Capture), Booxi, and emerging client platforms, ensuring tool governance, data quality consistency, and alignment with global standards
  • Track and report KPIs for client tools and localized activations; maintain and update dashboards and recurring performance materials to inform both zone and global decision-making
  • Analyze tools and activations usage patterns, adoption trends, and performance data to identify risks, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support widespread tool adoption through training sessions, onboarding support, and maintenance of a dynamic Tool Champions Community in partnership with Client Development Leads
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback and enhancement requests into concise, structured inputs to inform zone prioritization and global product roadmap discussions
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Client Development, Retail, Digital, Marketing, Client Relations, Merchandising, IT, and Global teams to embed client tools and insights into broader strategies
  • Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives, pilots, and test-and-learn experiments combining technology and insights to elevate client and advisor experience
  • Support logistics planning, communications synchronization, delivery timelines, and asset availability to ensure consistent execution
  • Run post-activation reviews and analyses to refine targeting, content, cadence, and tool usage for future campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM, client analytics, analytics enablement, or related fields
  • Robust organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in parallel
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data and inputs into clear summaries and actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complexity without sacrificing rigor and produce professional documentation and stakeholder updates
  • Proven project management skills with strong attention to detail and risk anticipation
  • High affinity for technology, data analytics, and continuous process improvement
  • Proactive, collaborative, hands-on, and client-centric mindset with willingness to learn and evolve working methods
  • Proficiency with Power BI and SQL required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
