Tiffany & Co. seeks Sourcing and Production Analyst in New York to manage procurement, supplier relationships, and order fulfillment across Home & Accessories categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Owns all purchase order placement activities, including ad hoc orders placed outside standard monthly replenishment cycles, and communicates purchase orders to suppliers while tracking open-order timelines
- Manages open orders and supplier delivery commitments by following up regularly with suppliers on shipment statuses, challenging delays, and escalating risks as needed
- Pulls and reviews open-order reports and inbound shipment statuses to identify risks and improvement opportunities, then communicates updates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Works closely with receiving teams at global distribution centers located in the US and EU to address receiving concerns and coordinate inbound logistics
- Reviews monthly supplier delivery performance against committed dates and works directly with suppliers to address delays and drive continuous improvement
- Reviews monthly supply plans, shares finalized schedules and price matrices with suppliers, and confirms quantities, pricing, and delivery dates
- Coordinates quantity or timeline adjustments with internal stakeholders and updates orders systematically in the system prior to order release
- Collaborates with management to conduct cost negotiations with suppliers for new product launches and ongoing production
- Supports new product launches by working closely with suppliers on pricing, production status, and launch shipment schedules
- Owns the sourcing component of the SKU setup process for all new Home & Accessories products and maintains core master data including country of origin, price, manufacturing method, and lead time
- Partners with management to help resolve past-due payments and works with Accounts Payable, Receiving, and suppliers on outstanding invoices
- Investigates and resolves purchase order, invoice, and receiving discrepancies
- Supports new supplier onboarding and quarterly supplier base reviews with Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability teams
- Coordinates supplier information requests, follows up on areas of concern, and collaborates with suppliers on required action plans
- Supports the Return to Vendor (RTV) process in partnership with receiving, quality assurance, and suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to independently manage priorities and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned
- Highly analytical and detail-driven approach to troubleshooting discrepancies, anticipating operational risks, and implementing effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant supply chain, procurement, or sourcing operations experience; preferred experience managing global shipments with both internal and external stakeholders and general understanding of finished goods third-party supply chain processes.
