Role & Responsibilities
- Define and document sourcing specifications (quality, cost, lead times, aesthetics) for high and fine jewellery suppliers in Europe.
- Lead quotation challenges and cost negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive terms.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and manage supplier onboarding and technical alignment.
- Provide logistical support to suppliers to monitor production progress, load planning and delivery deadlines.
- Analyse and quantify logistics and procurement risks related to manufacturing and deliveries; propose mitigation measures.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Develop and follow up supplier progress plans and continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and process optimisation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in sourcing, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing or planning, preferably within a luxury jewellery or high-end manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory); Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, responsiveness and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; highly organised.

Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing or planning, ideally with exposure to high or fine jewellery suppliers and European supply chains.
Education
Master's degree in sourcing, supply chain management, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
