Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and document sourcing specifications (quality, cost, lead times, aesthetics) for high and fine jewellery suppliers in Europe.
  • Lead quotation challenges and cost negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive terms.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and manage supplier onboarding and technical alignment.
  • Provide logistical support to suppliers to monitor production progress, load planning and delivery deadlines.
  • Analyse and quantify logistics and procurement risks related to manufacturing and deliveries; propose mitigation measures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Develop and follow up supplier progress plans and continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and process optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in sourcing, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing or planning, preferably within a luxury jewellery or high-end manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory); Italian is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, responsiveness and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; highly organised.

Experience
