Tiffany & Co. seeks Social Media Project Management Coordinator in New York to lead global social media initiatives and manage cross-functional campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned social media programs, partnering with regional teams to streamline requests and coordinate paid and organic social media initiatives
- Facilitate proactive communication among cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring projects move efficiently through internal compliance and approval workflows
- Oversee planning, development, and execution of paid and organic social media campaigns from kickoff through launch, managing budgets and project schedules
- Track critical milestones and coordinate teams across marketing, creative, PR, and regional functions to deliver campaigns on time and aligned with brand strategy and performance objectives
- Support creative production processes from concept through delivery, ensuring assets are organized and distributed effectively to regional partners
- Manage image sourcing, purchasing, and licensing activities to ensure proper usage rights and timely asset delivery
- Contribute to creation of visual assets and design work to support paid and organic social media initiatives
- Support end-to-end organic social media execution for award show events, coordinating pre-event planning, live activation, and post-event content rollout
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and campaign objectives before publication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in project management or communications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to translate complex information into clear messaging
- Proven ability to work independently and navigate fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Design proficiency (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience, ideally in project management, social media, or communications roles. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and executing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
