Tiffany & Co. seeks Service Center Specialist in Lexington, United States—process orders, manage inventory, and ensure service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and systematically process incoming service orders, ensuring compliance with service delivery and quality standards
  • Log, prioritize, and communicate service orders while coordinating material supply, quality assurance, and shipment preparation
  • Act as liaison to internal customers, troubleshooting service issues and responding to inquiries within established timeframes
  • Manage Service Center parts inventory, including cycle counting, accuracy verification, and parts ordering
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with management
  • Stage orders for workflow progression while maintaining merchandise security and traceability
  • Provide regular updates to management on assigned service orders and daily service level attainment
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and advise management on operational concerns, capacity utilization, and quality issues
  • Partner with management on departmental projects as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
