Tiffany & Co. seeks an SEO & GEO Specialist in New York to drive global search visibility and AI-powered discovery for luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the expansion of international SEO and GEO strategy across key markets to drive visibility in traditional and AI-driven search engines
  • Conduct keyword and prompt-topic research to identify global growth opportunities and optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and structured data
  • Partner with regional and editorial teams to guide the creation of intent-driven, cross-channel content optimized for machine comprehension
  • Monitor site health, crawlability, indexation, architecture, page speed, and Core Web Vitals; coordinate with IT to implement remedial fixes
  • Implement and maintain Schema.org structured data; QA site releases, template changes, and migrations for search compatibility
  • Assess E-E-A-T trust signals and support digital PR and backlink strategies to ensure accurate brand representation across search and AI platforms
  • Act as a subject matter expert, translating search strategy into clear briefs for Content, Creative, Product, Merchandising, Media, and Regional teams
  • Partner with Analytics to support measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards, and test design
  • Own recurring operational reporting and competitive tracking across traditional and AI-assisted search channels
  • Monitor the competitive and platform landscape, triage technical anomalies, and upskill partner teams on emerging search trends

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in-house or agency-side, ideally in retail or e-commerce
  • Foundational knowledge of technical SEO including crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and structured data
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one enterprise SEO platform (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Botify, Conductor)
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with ability to analyze datasets, track KPIs, and build visibility dashboards
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills with ability to explain complex search concepts to non-technical stakeholders across time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field
