Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the clienteling tool roadmap, prioritizing short-term deliverables and long-term integrations across platforms.
- Analyze and refine retail client segmentation and targeting to optimize business outcomes and lifetime value.
- Drive 360-degree initiatives to ensure seamless integration of client data and experiences across channels.
- Collaborate with product, retail, analytics and IT teams to translate business requirements into product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
- Synthesize progress and outcomes into executive-level summaries and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable expertise with clienteling tools, retail segmentation and omnichannel retail strategies.
- Proven ability to produce executive-level analyses and communicate strategic insights clearly.
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated success collaborating with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
