Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, evolution, and governance of global visual merchandising guidelines for jewelry, watches, and lifestyle collections across all store formats and regions
  • Translate brand DNA, product marketing strategy, and commercial objectives into clear visual rules and design principles
  • Define standards for product presentation, fixture usage, zoning, visual storytelling, and spatial hierarchy in partnership with styling teams
  • Design and deliver structured training programs for VM teams, including onboarding modules and seasonal campaign launches
  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that balance creative inspiration with operational excellence across global teams
  • Create scalable training tools and content that support international teams while allowing for regional cultural nuance
  • Act as a strategic partner to VM Styling and design teams, ensuring alignment with brand vision and retail objectives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and design functions to ensure visual content aligns with brand campaigns
  • Manage external creative agencies and design partners for content development and production as required
  • Research and analyze luxury retail design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and learning innovations to inform retail environment advancement
  • Handle and process luxury product requests supporting global visual merchandising initiatives
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting of products allocated to the Product Presentation team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in visual merchandising, luxury retail, brand education, or creative content development roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury visual standards and high-end retail environments
  • Proven track record creating visual guidelines, training content, and comprehensive learning frameworks
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder alignment expertise
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented with an uncompromising eye for quality and consistency
