Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury standards.
- Achieve operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and support operational organization for services.
- Manage stock operations, including cycle counts and inventory transfers.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and workforce planning.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Propose improvements to store leadership and support new operational tools and systems.
- Exhibit a positive and collaborative attitude, promoting an inclusive culture of joy.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Authorization to work in Turkey.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is desirable.
