Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company-wide budget submissions and perform analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Compile data to support the 3-year financial strategic plan, including network and depreciation schedules.
  • Reconcile cash flow across financial systems and analyze actual cash flow against budget.
  • Review monthly depreciation performance and highlight deviations from the budget.
  • Track monthly retail network activities and transformation rates.
  • Manage internal capital requests and ensure projects are prepared for Store Network Committee meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Global Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance groups.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of finance experience, preferably in Capex and Lease Accounting.
  • BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in finance, with a focus on Capex and Lease Accounting.

Compensation
