Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate company-wide budget submissions and perform analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Compile data to support the 3-year financial strategic plan, including network and depreciation schedules.
- Reconcile cash flow across financial systems and analyze actual cash flow against budget.
- Review monthly depreciation performance and highlight deviations from the budget.
- Track monthly retail network activities and transformation rates.
- Manage internal capital requests and ensure projects are prepared for Store Network Committee meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Global Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance groups.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of finance experience, preferably in Capex and Lease Accounting.
- BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in finance, with a focus on Capex and Lease Accounting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $101,000 - $130,000, dependent on skills and experience.
