Tiffany & Co. Senior Finance Analyst role in Sydney, Australia – lead ANZ financial planning, analysis and forecasting for luxury watches and jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive regular sales reporting, commentary and analysis to identify opportunities and gaps within the business
- Partner with functional departments and stores on budget management, spend tracking and cost-saving opportunities
- Lead the forecast and planning cycle, managing timelines and submissions with regional and local stakeholders
- Provide analysis to support business decisions including market sizing, new store P&L and competitor analysis
- Drive finance process improvements and support retail teams on key performance metrics
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and system/program rollouts as required
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or commercial finance
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Keen commercial acumen
- CPA / CA qualification (preferred)
- Experience with Hyperion and/or Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau (preferred)

Experience
5–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or commercial finance, with demonstrated capability in driving financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering across retail and regional operations.
Education
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA or CA qualification is preferred.
