Tiffany & Co. Seoul: Senior Creative Visual Merchandiser role leading visual strategy, seasonal campaigns, and luxury retail execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution of seasonal windows and holiday campaigns, serving as the primary local point of contact with Global Creative Visual Merchandising teams
- Own the end-to-end process for seasonal installations including global ordering, local adaptation, installation oversight, and maintenance across all stores
- Translate global creative concepts into compelling, locally relevant retail experiences while preserving Tiffany's distinctive brand identity
- Conduct regular store visits to review product presentation, floorplans, and visual standards, providing actionable direction to store teams
- Partner with CVM Ambassadors and retail staff to strengthen execution and continuously elevate visual merchandising standards
- Optimize product presentation, zoning, and floorplans based on commercial priorities, product performance, and the client journey
- Support CVM execution for brand events, pop-ups, and retail activations, translating event objectives into clear visual execution plans
- Manage CVM display forms and visual assets, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating repairs, replacements, and distributions across the store network
- Conduct on-site quality checks and resolve execution issues proactively to ensure delivery to the highest standards
- Lead post-installation reporting and debriefs with Global CVM, sharing local insights and learnings to improve future creative executions
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, and Global CVM to align visual priorities with business objectives
Qualifications
- 9–12 years of Visual Merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail
- Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive, team-oriented approach across colleagues, store teams, and stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
- Careful, precise, and responsible approach to handling jewelry, display forms, and high-value materials
- Strong documentation and presentation skills with the ability to create clear guidelines, reports, and visual materials
- Proactive problem-solving skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Genuine passion for Visual Merchandising and commitment to luxury brand standards
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Experience
Minimum 9–12 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale creative projects and global initiatives. Preferred experience working in multi-market or global environments with the ability to translate international direction into effective local execution.
Education
