Senior Cost Analyst position at Tiffany & Co. in Cumberland, supporting manufacturing finance with inventory and cost accounting expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement inventory control environment elements to guarantee accurate, complete, and timely cost accounting reporting across all US manufacturing and product development sites
  • Monitor aged work orders and collaborate with operations teams to resolve obsolescence risks and support inventory reduction initiatives
  • Ensure consistency across all entities and maintain compliance with group policies in coordination with the corporate controlling team in New Jersey
  • Monitor internal control results and report risk profiles and safeguarding tactics for inventory assets to leadership
  • Support cost accounting team implementation of inventory cost absorption rates for operational work centers and precious metal types, optimizing cost allocation into finished products

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial data analysis or cost analyst roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven knowledge of ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or comparable platforms
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Project management experience (preferred)
