Tiffany & Co. seeks a Senior Cost Analyst in Cumberland, US, to manage inventory and cost accounting across manufacturing operations. 5–8 years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement elements of the inventory control environment to guarantee accurate, complete, and timely cost accounting reporting across all US internal manufacturing and product development sites
- Ensure consistency across all entities and maintain compliance with group policies in collaboration with the corporate controlling team in New Jersey
- Monitor internal control results and report to leadership on risk profiles and tactics to safeguard inventory assets
- Support the cost accounting team in implementing inventory cost absorption rates for operational work centers and precious metal types, optimizing production cost absorption into finished products
- Monitor aged work orders and collaborate with on-site operations teams to resolve or identify obsolescence risks, while supporting inventory reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in a financial data and/or cost analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven knowledge of working with enterprise resource planning systems such as JDE, SAP, or similar platforms
- Technical proficiency with Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong soft skills for cross-functional collaboration across different organizational groups
- Project management experience (preferred)

5–8 years in financial data analysis and cost accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing inventory systems and cost structures within manufacturing environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
