Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and executing the Tiffany Touch customer service standards
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling techniques in accordance with Tiffany training modules
  • Develop personalized customer interactions to foster long-term client relationships and maximize repeat rate
  • Support Client Advisors through mentoring and coaching to enhance overall store sales effectiveness
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in personal presentation, behavior, and customer engagement
  • Manage customer issues and complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • Execute store opening and closing duties and maintain effective sales floor operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare standards and support company initiatives
  • Maintain expertise in current jewelry collections and Tiffany heritage to provide informed customer consultation

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sector
  • Proven senior-level sales experience with track record of exceeding targets
  • Expert-level selling skills and consultative approach to customer engagement
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and strong customer service ethics
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Gemology Certificate or Diploma preferred
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
