Role & Responsibilities
- Lead analytical workstreams across cross-functional industrial projects, partnering with managers and stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities and operational levers
- Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities related to cost, productivity, quality, service, and operational effectiveness
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into structured insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps to support implementation of change initiatives and performance improvement efforts across the industrial organization
- Develop and evolve KPI reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
- Build advanced Excel-based analyses, including scenario modeling, validation, and detailed financial reporting to support decision-making
- Support executive leadership with strategic presentations, business reviews, documentation, and analyses, translating complex data into concise, leadership-ready insights
- Track progress against project milestones, identify risks proactively, and support resolution of implementation issues
- Ensure compliance with company data structures and reporting guidelines by driving accuracy, standardization, and consistency across the organization
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, industrial performance, consulting, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
- Proven experience supporting project-based, cross-functional initiatives in complex business or industrial settings
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across functional boundaries
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, industrial performance, consulting, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or related environments. Demonstrated success supporting project-based, cross-functional initiatives in complex business or industrial settings is essential. Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail, luxury, or other complex cross-functional environments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
