Tiffany & Co. Security Officer position in St. Louis — combine luxury retail service with loss prevention and security operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees by deterring theft, reporting missing assets, and responding to emergency situations in accordance with Incident Management Programs procedures
- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador and first point of contact, delivering memorable in-store experiences and fostering client relationships that drive lifetime loyalty
- Execute opening and closing procedures, daily security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access protocols, and required report submissions
- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors identified within the Tiffany Experience Initiative program, optimizing hospitality and store amenities to elevate the in-store environment
- Partner with Senior Security Officers and store management to implement security controls, respond to incidents, and communicate operational needs to the broader store team
- Assist with facilities maintenance, coordinate repairs with appropriate service providers, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related position (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related role preferred. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or loss prevention environments is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential required.
