Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure retail environment for clients and employees whilst serving as a brand ambassador and first point of contact
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales; execute store operations to support consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador and optimizing hospitality to create memorable moments
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement incident management procedures
- Ensure compliance with all security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment testing, alarm verification, key access controls, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities maintenance, and communicate operational needs to the store leadership team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- Minimum one year prior security-related role experience (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience, with preference for prior work in retail or security-related environments. Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles and security operations is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
