Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide vigilant security and operational support to protect assets, deter theft and enable a safe environment that supports sales performance.
  • Monitor, test and maintain security systems and procedures, including alarm tests, equipment inspections, key access controls and daily report submissions.
  • Partner with senior security staff and store management to investigate incidents, report missing assets and implement Incident Management Programs.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, cover back-of-house operations, assist with facilities repairs and liaise with the store team on operational issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established incident escalation and reporting protocols.
  • Deliver an exceptional Tiffany client experience: act as a brand ambassador, deepen client relationships, and support store sales and service initiatives.
  • Use NPS feedback and Client Experience Behaviors to optimise hospitality, store amenities and client-facing processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Authorization to work in the United States (required).
  • Minimum three years' relevant experience in security, law enforcement, retail loss prevention or a related field (required).
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with daily digital reporting (required).
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays (required).
  • Experience in a retail or security environment and prior security-related position(s) (preferred; description references one year of prior security experience).

Experience

Minimum three years' relevant experience in security, law enforcement, retail loss prevention or a comparable role; experience in a retail/security environment and prior security-specific roles are preferred.
