Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support store operations to achieve sales targets and deepen client relationships.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and facilities repairs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.

Education

High School Diploma
