Tiffany & Co. Security Officer position in Nashville, TN. Combine brand ambassadorship with security operations and loss prevention in this permanent retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, delivering exceptional customer service and deepening client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and sales
- Maintain security and implement loss prevention measures, including theft deterrence, missing asset reporting, and emergency response procedures
- Monitor and maintain security systems, equipment, and alarm tests; conduct daily inspections and key access audits; ensure all security procedures and incident management protocols are adhered to
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, coordinate facilities repairs, and communicate with store team members on operational matters
- Deliver consistent, memorable in-store experiences by demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador and optimizing hospitality and store amenities based on client feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- Prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)
