Tiffany & Co. Security Officer in Lexington — permanent role overseeing physical security, asset protection, and emergency response.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee physical security of the location including monitoring CCTV, card access, and burglar alarm systems
- Conduct physical inspections and building tours as required
- Monitor building entry points to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
- Properly document, record, and escort all visitors to ensure authorized access
- Verify employee authorization for entry and provide assistance as needed
- Operate metal detection entry/exit processes for high-security areas, monitoring policy and procedure compliance
- Perform inspections of trash and discarded materials from designated high-security areas
- Respond to building emergencies including burglar alarm activations, fire alarms, and medical emergencies
- Think strategically while managing day-to-day security operations with focus on clients, people, and brand reputation

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of security experience
- Strong understanding of physical security systems and protocols
- Ability to operate CCTV, card access, and alarm monitoring systems
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one

Minimum three years of professional security experience, ideally including facility protection, asset security, or related roles within a corporate or retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications in security management or emergency response procedures preferred.
