Tiffany & Co. seeks a Security Officer in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Combine security oversight with luxury retail client service and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees whilst serving as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador and supporting store operations to achieve sales targets
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences consistently, demonstrating passion as a brand ambassador during every customer interaction
- Provide exceptional security and operations support by partnering with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to by conducting daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- 1 year prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of security or retail experience required; prior experience in a retail or security environment is preferred.
