Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Support store operations to achieve sales targets by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
- Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and facilities repairs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
Education
High School Diploma
