Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times, serving as an ambassador and first point of contact
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador while executing store operations to support sales objectives
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion during every customer interaction
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures
- Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team on operational matters
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in a retail or security environment (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)
