Tiffany & Co. Security Manager role in Singapore overseeing South Asia Pacific protection initiatives, investigations, and brand integrity across retail and industrial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain established hard target standards and physical security measures across all locations; conduct regular security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and ensure consistent security awareness
  • Lead incident and crisis management efforts including building business resilience capabilities with the Global Crisis Management Team and coordinating emergency responses
  • Ensure all locations are prepared for major catastrophes through the company's Incident Management Program and serve as Incident Management Team leader during emergencies
  • Manage security requirements for new store openings and renovations through collaboration with global protection leadership, technical services, and secured transportation teams
  • Conduct on-site employee training for new stores and hire orientation programs focused on asset safeguarding, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and personal security
  • Conduct proactive preventative training and risk assessments in stores related to asset protection, cash counting, and operational procedures
  • Oversee all internal and external investigations for assigned locations; ensure investigations are conducted lawfully and timely with proper documentation and follow-up
  • Liaise with Corporate Security on investigations and ensure adherence to Global Protection policies and procedures across zone management and industrial operations
  • Coordinate security and safety for high-end special events and high-value product transport; ensure security professionals maintain established brand standards
  • Collaborate with Trademark Enforcement and company training networks to develop and implement training materials that enhance brand representation and security awareness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of related security management experience
  • Minimum 8 years of investigative experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with law enforcement and governmental agencies
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Highest level of integrity and professional ethics
  • Comprehensive experience across all phases of security systems, procedures, investigations, legal issues, supervision, and training
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong leadership abilities and executive presence
  • Willingness to travel 30% overnight within the geographic area of responsibility
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as required by operational needs
