Tiffany & Co. Security Manager position at Costa Mesa, CA retail location. Lead security operations, protect assets, and enhance customer experience. $78–$106K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and motivate security team members to maintain Global Protection Standards and security culture across all operational drivers including merchandising protection systems (MPS), door coverage, and employee safety awareness training
  • Manage security schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours, events, overnight shifts, and facilities support, in partnership with Regional Security and Risk Management
  • Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and serve as incident commander during emergencies, developing and maintaining external networks with law enforcement, local security vendors, and first responders
  • Ensure physical security systems and maintenance schedules are to standard, including CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, keys, and perimeter security; initiate repairs via Service Channel as needed
  • Identify facilities-related issues within the branch and coordinate resolution through Service Channel and Regional Facilities Management; manage work orders, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety), and contractor scheduling
  • Partner with Operations to identify and execute shrink reduction opportunities and conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by Regional Security
  • Conduct safety audits, maintain emergency plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and document facility issues to support long-term facilities strategies
  • Coach security team to act as Tiffany ambassadors, deliver exceptional client experiences through consistent engagement, and support store sales and service targets
  • Lead security planning for client events and conveyances, prepare site plans, manage merchandise conveyance coordination with internal and external partners, and facilitate timely event reporting to Risk Management and Regional Security
  • Develop and execute Talent Action Plans for each security team member; hire, train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback using performance management and recognition programs to improve engagement and performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of security management experience in a retail or luxury goods environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in loss prevention, physical security systems, and emergency response procedures
  • Experience managing security personnel and delivering team coaching and performance feedback
  • Proficiency with security management tools and systems such as CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and access control platforms
  • Familiarity with facilities management, building systems, and vendor coordination
  • Strong customer service mindset with ability to balance security protocols with elevated client experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work collaboratively across retail management teams

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, security management, or related field preferred.
