Tiffany & Co. (New York) seeks a Security Lead for The Landmark—mid shift role supervising store security. $22.53–$30.48/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and direction to on-site security personnel, ensuring optimal coverage across multiple floors and client touchpoints.
- Oversee execution of security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and incident response, maintaining a proactive presence on the sales floor.
- Coordinate and deliver security training programs, onboarding, and refresher courses for store and security teams within the Landmark.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, training attendance, and compliance records; support audits and security assessments with detailed reporting.
- Identify vulnerabilities, contribute to emergency preparedness planning, and implement risk-mitigation measures in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Act as a senior subject-matter mentor to junior security staff and support the professional development of Security Leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in security, law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field; experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing frontline security teams.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control systems and incident management protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in reporting.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand and move throughout a multi-floor environment for extended periods.
- Professional presence, high discretion, and sound judgment under pressure.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in security, law enforcement, loss prevention or a related discipline; prior experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security, law enforcement, loss prevention or emergency response preferred.
