Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Las Vegas—holiday retail position supporting luxury jewelry sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by warmly welcoming clients, offering assistance, and delivering memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through attentive hospitality and store amenities management, with a focus on personalized service that drives positive outcomes in both sales and service metrics
- Manage floor waiting lists, monitor service levels, and communicate proactively with management regarding potential service issues affecting client satisfaction
- Provide support at the engraving station as needed and assist with specialized client requests
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition, including routine replenishment of amenities
- Support the sales team with post-purchase activities including boxing, gift wrapping, POS replenishment, and supply organization
- Execute all point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions and ensure sales floor areas remain neat and organized
- Assist operations with inventory management, special projects, and adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Support after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations
Qualifications
- Prior retail or luxury retail experience required
- Client-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or similar customer-service environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse client bases
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Prior retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience required. Candidates should demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and be prepared to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
