Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Member – Edmonton. Holiday retail position offering luxury brand experience in West Edmonton Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure memorable Tiffany experiences commensurate with brand standards
- Provide personalized hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences and drive sales
- Manage engraving stations and floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain pristine hospitality areas, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and spaces remain orderly
- Communicate potential service issues to management in real time
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supplies organization
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions and maintain sales floor organization
- Support operations team in implementing policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing hospitality experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Skills
