Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Seasonal Store Support in Vancouver — temporary, entry-level retail role (CAD $18–$24/hr) focused on client service and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a polished brand ambassador by welcoming Clients and delivering memorable, hospitality-led experiences consistent with the Tiffany brand.
  • Support the sales team with POS transactions, gifting, boxing and premium wrapping to finalize client purchases correctly and elegantly.
  • Manage and maintain hospitality areas, including replenishing supplies, keeping stations orderly and operating the engraving station where applicable.
  • Lead and operate floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management to preserve client flow and satisfaction.
  • Assist store operations and after-sales servicing, support inventory tasks and contribute to special projects as required to ensure optimal store performance.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in Canada.
  • Availability to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to deliver high-quality service to a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Skills

POS engraving station gift wrapping and packaging client service / hospitality inventory support

Experience

Entry-level position; prior retail, luxury retail or hospitality client-service experience is preferred but not required.

Education

No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 24 per hour.
