Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in White Plains—holiday temporary position offering $22.19–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and delivering memorable experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and service impact
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting list accurately and communicate service issues to management
- Maintain hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supplies organization
- Execute point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team on policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks efficiently
- Capability to work with a diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is preferred. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
