Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage floor waiting lists accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
  • Assist operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and multitasking.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
