Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support in Walnut Creek, CA—hourly retail position supporting luxury client experiences during the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and provided with memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and coordinate client flow
- Maintain full stock, orderliness and cleanliness of hospitality areas
- Communicate potential service issues with management to ensure optimal client satisfaction
- Support sales team with packaging, wrapping, POS replenishment, and inventory organization
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team on store procedures and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; demonstrated client service experience in hospitality or related fields preferred. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments and work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.19 to USD 26.10 per hour.
