Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Vancouver — holiday retail position with client service focus and commission opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive warm welcomes and memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to drive both sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage engraving stations and floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in pristine condition and fully stocked
- Coordinate with management to address service issues and client concerns
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, and replenishment of supplies
- Collaborate with operations team on policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or luxury retail experience required; previous customer service or hospitality background preferred.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 22 per hour.
