Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support position in Toronto. $18–$22/hour plus commission. Holiday retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and receive memorable experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand promise
- Deliver personalized hospitality and leverage store amenities to create elevated client experiences that drive both sales performance and service satisfaction
- Manage engraving station operations where applicable
- Maintain floor waiting list accurately and communicate proactively with management regarding service issues
- Maintain hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Provide comprehensive POS support including boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and executing all transaction functions following purchase decisions
- Assist operations team in executing operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store efficiency
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing service experience (retail, hospitality, or equivalent)
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Demonstrated ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required. Client-related experience in hospitality or equivalent service environments is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent tasks, capability to engage effectively with diverse client bases, and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 22 per hour.
