Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in The Woodlands, Texas – temporary holiday retail role serving luxury clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and receive memorable service experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive positive sales and service outcomes
- Assist with the engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate with management regarding potential service issues or concerns from waiting clients
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale functions, supply replenishment, and floor organization
- Assist the operations team in executing operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations
- Conduct inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality, customer service)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and comfort in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Education
