Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support Team Member in Vancouver, Canada – Temporary holiday retail position with competitive hourly rate and commission opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact both sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service concerns to management proactively
- Assist with engraving services and point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and presentation of merchandise
- Replenish and maintain point-of-sale supplies, gifting materials, and sales floor inventory in pristine condition
- Ensure hospitality areas remain fully stocked, organized, and clean
- Collaborate with operations team on inventory management, special projects, and after-sales servicing
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client service excellence and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in Canada

Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing hospitality environments is required.
