Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support Team Member, Toronto. Temporary luxury retail position offering $18–$22/hour plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Provide personalized hospitality and utilize store amenities to elevate the client experience and drive positive sales outcomes
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable and manage floor waiting lists
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, and inventory replenishment across all sales floor stations
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing standards
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong client service capabilities and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 22 per hour.
