Tiffany & Co. is hiring seasonal sales support team members in Montreal for the holiday season. Brand ambassadors needed for luxury retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities, building personalized interactions that positively impact sales and service outcomes
- Assist with engraving services where applicable and maintain accurate floor waiting lists
- Keep hospitality areas fully stocked, orderly and clean
- Communicate potential service issues to management regarding client wait times and satisfaction
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies, and point-of-sale functions following client purchases
- Collaborate with operations team on policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store functionality
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capacity to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; entry-level candidates with strong hospitality or client-facing background considered. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
