Tiffany & Co. hiring Seasonal Sales Support in Tampa, USA. Brand ambassador role supporting luxury retail operations during holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand as an effective ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences
- Enhance client experience through attentive hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and satisfaction
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable
- Manage floor waiting list accurately and communicate with management regarding potential service issues
- Maintain hospitality area inventory, organization, and cleanliness
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS operations, and supply replenishment
- Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store operations
- Complete inventory and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capability to serve a diverse clientele
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing experience such as hospitality is required. Beginner-level professionals with relevant background are encouraged to apply.
