Tiffany & Co. hiring Seasonal Sales Support in St. Louis—flexible holiday retail role emphasizing client service and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and assist them with personalized service aligned with the Tiffany brand experience
- Support the engraving station and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in an orderly, fully stocked, and clean condition
- Communicate service issues and client concerns to management promptly
- Assist sales team with gift wrapping, boxing, POS supplies replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Support store operations by executing operational policies and procedures and facilitating after-sales servicing
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of POS stations and sales floor areas
- Contribute to inventory management and special store projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and multitasking ability
- Capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States

Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience in hospitality or service environments is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility in working non-traditional hours and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
