Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Dallas—temporary holiday position focused on luxury client experiences and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and provided memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Assist at the engraving station and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Communicate service issues and waiting client concerns to store management
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Assist operations with policy implementation and post-sale servicing to optimize store functionality
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capability to engage professionally with a diverse client base
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States

Experience
Entry-level retail or luxury retail experience; prior customer service or hospitality background preferred. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training a plus.
