Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support in Short Hills, NJ—$22.19–$30.02/hr. Temporary holiday retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive warm welcomes and memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience by managing hospitality amenities and building personalized interactions that drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Assist with engraving services and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in an orderly, clean, and fully stocked condition
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management promptly
- Support the sales team with gift wrapping, boxing items, replenishing point-of-sale supplies, and executing all POS functions following client purchases
- Collaborate with operations on policy implementation, after-sales servicing, and optimal store functionality
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing hospitality background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client service excellence and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proven capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or hospitality experience required. Prior experience in luxury retail or upscale client-facing environments is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal retail setting with flexibility for non-traditional business hours is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail, hospitality, or customer service coursework is beneficial but not required.
