Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Scottsdale, AZ. Holiday season position supporting luxury retail operations and client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and facilitating memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities that drive both sales and service quality
- Assist with engraving station operations as applicable
- Manage and maintain floor waiting lists to optimize client flow
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with gift boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale operations, and post-purchase transactions
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional client service orientation and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent tasks
- Comfort working with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience in hospitality or customer service is required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
