Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
• Enhance client experience through attentive hospitality and personalized service that positively impacts both sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist at the engraving station when applicable and manage floor waiting lists
• Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and pristine condition
• Communicate potential service issues to management, particularly regarding waiting clients
• Support sales team by boxing and wrapping purchases, replenishing point-of-sale and gifting supplies, and executing POS functions post-purchase
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing standards
• Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client service orientation
• Capability to work effectively with a diverse client base
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work legally in the United States

Skills

Experience

Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing hospitality experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and be prepared to adapt to changing priorities during peak seasonal periods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.19 to USD 26.10 per hour.
