Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions post-purchase decision.
  • Assist the operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures, and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in client service and multitasking.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
